DatingSitesFinder is an independent comparison and review resource. We publish editorial rankings, comparisons, reviews and guides about third-party dating and social platforms.

What we are not:

1. We are not a dating service, matchmaking service or social network. We don't host member profiles and we don't introduce users to each other.
2. We do not operate, control or endorse any of the third-party platforms we describe, and we are not responsible for their content, membership, pricing, availability or practices.
3. When you visit a platform we reference, you leave our Site and deal directly with that third party under its own terms and policies.

4. Editorial independence and how we rate

Our rankings, ratings and commentary reflect the independent judgment of our editorial team, based on our own hands-on review of the platforms we cover. Our review methodology — what we test and how scores are formed — is described on our "How we rate" page. Ratings are opinions, not statements of fact, and they can change as platforms change.

5. Affiliate disclosure

The Site is supported through affiliate relationships. We may earn a commission or other compensation when you register for, subscribe to, or make a purchase from a third-party platform after following a link on our Site. That compensation is paid by the third party and comes at no additional cost to you.

Compensation arrangements may influence which platforms we feature and where they appear, but they do not dictate the opinions in our reviews. Our rankings and commentary reflect the independent judgment of our editorial team. Always verify a platform's current features, terms and pricing yourself before subscribing — platforms change things, and they don't ask us first.

6. No warranty

All content on the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," for general informational purposes only. Rankings, ratings, scores and recommendations are the subjective opinions of our editorial team based on our own testing. They are not statements of fact and not professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, current or reliable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DatingSitesFinder, its owners, operators, employees and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to: your use of (or inability to use) the Site, your reliance on any content, or your dealings with any third-party platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us (if any) or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Your use of any third-party platform is governed exclusively by that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy, and any transaction you enter into is solely between you and that third party. Read their terms and policies before engaging with any linked platform.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, editorial reviews, rankings, graphics, logos, layout and design — are owned by or licensed to DatingSitesFinder and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you do not remove any proprietary notices.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Third-party product names, logos and brands — including those of the platforms we review and of any ratings, review or social services referenced on the Site — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. 11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Hong Kong SAR will have jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.
